The Aster apartment, located on the 1st floor, was completed in 2023 and is bright, spacious, airy & modern. As you enter the apartment from the elevator or stairs, the full bathroom is directly on your right and is fully stocked with amenities. Moving forward is the spacious bedroom featuring a plush Queen sized bed with soft linens & a thick duvet, and black-out drapes & a sliding door for extra privacy. Next, we have the large entertainment area with a modern fully equipped kitchen, featuring Smeg appliances, a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, and basic cooking supplies to get you going (olive oil, salt, pepper, etc). The lounge features a very comfortable sofa with a 50” smart TV & uncapped WIFI internet, and large sliding glass doors that open onto a private terrace with UNBEATABLE views of Table Mountain and the City Bowl!
The building itself features a beautiful communal rooftop pool and entertainment area (BBQ) with views of Lion’s Head & Signal Hill; secure & dedicated covered parking; and most importantly, an in-house generator to protect us from electricity outages, AKA load-shedding.
Centrally located with just a short two-block walk to trendy Kloof Street, a stones throw away from restaurants, shops, & nightlife, The Aster apartment is perfect for exploring the city and enjoying all that Cape Town has to offer.
The neighbourhood, Gardens, is known to be central, safe and walkable, with beautiful Cape Dutch architecture, vibrant street life, and spectacular aerial views of Cape Town’s city bowl & mountains. While self-driving or walking are both good options, Uber cars are readily available and very inexpensive.
